This class is open every Saturday afternoon from 3 &#8211; 4:30 pm. This is the main practice for those who have received direct Ngondro transmissions from Lama Phurbu Tashi Rinpoche.<br \/>\nStages of 4 practices in Ngondro are:<br \/>\n1. Preliminary practice such as refuge, prostrations and Bodhichitta,<br \/>\n2. Vajrasattva practice to purify negative karma and remove obscurations,<br \/>\n3. Mandala offering to accumulate merits, and<br \/>\n4.
